Our Story
The Oaks Hospitality Group owns and manages the Oaks Bed and Breakfast in Bethesda, MD, and The Oaks Cabin John both in the DC Metro area, and the Oaks Inn Annapolis, in downtown Annapolis near the Naval Academy, City Dock Waterfront and the State Capitol. These are all perfect locations for your perfect stay, event, team retreat, for couples reconnecting, and for individual self-care, company strategy sessions and training. The Co-Founders, Sharon and Quinton Wilder started The Oaks Hospitality Group/SJB Diversity Management with the goal of harnessing the strength of their bed and breakfast and event spaces to not only curate unique experiences and events to encourage friendship, fun, inclusivity and collegiality, but to provide businesses with effective project management solutions, compliance and diversity strategies, through our PM division -formerly, Indigo Mid-Atlantic.
The Oaks has recently begun a new start up division with the goal of bringing some of our delicious food and beverage products that we have created directly to our consumers. Through our participation in the Nasdaq Milestone Circles program, we expect to launch our products for sale this Spring!

OUR EVENT VENUE SPACES and LODGING
The Oaks Hospitality Group is dedicated to creating a sense of belonging in everything we do. We provide three unique and complementary experiences through The Oaks Inn Annapolis, The Oaks Bed and Breakfast in Bethesda, MD and The Oaks Retreat Home in Cabin John.. We ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and welcomed. This commitment extends to all our offerings, from hosting personalized events and retreats to providing boutique lodging experiences and suitable spaces for photo or video shoots. Both Bethesda and Annapolis locations have accommodations for up to 16 overnight guests in 7 suites, up to 75 guests for indoor events and up to 150 guests for indoor/outdoor events. Our Cabin John locations has three en-suites and serves as beautiful backdrop for photo and video shoots. We also have a dedicated bar lounge areas, heat lamps, fire pits, multiple outdoor spaces and an outdoor cigar lounges in each of our properties.

At The Oaks Inn Annapolis, we blend history with purpose by offering a serene venue for events and retreats. EVENT VENUE - THE OAKS RETREAT COTTAGE in Cabin John
The Oaks Retreat Home in Cabin John not only has three well-appointed guest suites, we focus on a respite for bikers and hikers along the C&O Canal and open paces for video and photography shoots. Guests are treated to a coffee/tea bar, evening wine and charcuterie, and freshly baked treats and chef-prepared breakfast for additional fees, all within a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Our attention to detail and personalized service creates a sense of community and belonging for each guest and ensures each stay feels uniquely special. Our tailored approach ensures each guest feels at home while enjoying the benefits of a well-curated and inviting environment. WHO ARE WE?
The Oaks Hospitality Group is a multifaceted enterprise that owns three Bed and Breakfast Inns and event venues. We extend our influence through our Technology Division and our proprietary event venue booking platform, GetSpacii.com and ownership of a project, construction and energy management arm. These divisions enhance the group’s commitment to delivering exceptional services and fostering growth in a wholistic manner across sectors. Sharon Jackson Wilder, Esq. is the Co-Founder and CEO. As an attorney with a strong background in project management, hospitality and compliance, Ms. Wilder manages corporate business strategy, directs marketing strategies, develops operating, strategic plans and diversity management plans for clients. Ms. Wilder also curates luxury experiences and events, provides lodging and retreat spaces at The Oaks Bed and Breakfast in Bethesda, The Oaks in Cabin John, and The Oaks Inn Annapolis. Sharon has extensive experience in developing partnering sessions, community planning activities, design charrettes, designing strategic planning and executive retreat sessions, and is a trainer and speaker on issues involving equity, inclusive practices, compliance, public engagement, and public-private partnerships. Her husband, B. Quinton Wilder is the Co-Founder, COO and Executive Chef. Mr. Wilder has been a part of his family catering business in Boston for over 40 years. As a wine enthusiast, Quinton has particular expertise in wine-pairing with food and cigars. Highly skilled in client relationship management, Mr. Wilder has an extensive background in non-profit higher education and health care administration.

ABOUT SHARON
Sharon Jackson Wilder is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Oaks Hospitality Group, a multi-property boutique lodging and experiences company and Get Spacii, an event venue discovery and booking company. A Georgetown Law graduate and nationally recognized compliance, equity and inclusion executive, she has served in senior policy advisor and leadership roles at national companies, major institutions, universities, and in local government.
Sharon and her husband built The Oaks from a single property into a growing hospitality portfolio while raising four sons and advocating for entrepreneurship and community development across Maryland. Her work sits at the intersection of storytelling, ownership, and generational legacy.
